Before you go crazy binge eating there are a few simple rules. If you wanna eat a burger and some fries go for the healthier option and make it at home. Feeling hungry before it’s lunch time? Go ahead and eat.

Always listen to your body.

Try to eat in portions and resist the urge to eat until you’re in a food coma. That whole rack of ribs looks delicious we know. Go for half a rack and throw in some veggies to help make you feel full and to get other necessary nutrients. After a workout, try and resist rewarding yourself by eating. Go for that nap or treat yourself to a spa day for a healthier post workout option. 

Eat to workout, not the other way around. This is how balance is maintained. Always remember, you are what you eat.
